An exchange is possible in following cases:

You want to exchange an item? We will ask you to follow the following instructions so that we can process your return in the most effective way.

  1. notify our customer service centre by mail, fax or registered letter ,within 7 days, that you wish to exchange an item.
  2. you will receive instructions and an exchange document via e-mail
  3. mention the disired article, color and size on the exchange document
  4. attach the order confirmation you received by e-mail and the exchange document to complete the package
  5. send the product to the return address. The shipping costs are your responsibility
  6. after the receipt and approval by choco-holic.be, choco-holic.be will send you a receipt by e-mail
  7. when your returned article has been approved by choco-holic.be , choco-holic.be will send the new item in the shortest time based on availability
